Official Clan Status

How to get Official and Activity Requirements for posting in the Official forum

  • 1. Your clan must have at least 4 active members 2 - 3 times a week
  • 2. Your clan has played here for at least 2 weeks
  • 3: You have serious intentions of having an active full RP clan willing to interact in an RP manner with all the other clans. This is vital to a successful RP experience for all.
  • 4. Your clan Type must be available.

    • Remaining Official

    How to remain Official:

  • Clan must maintain a least 4 members it takes to become official in the first place
  • A minimum of 2-3 clan members must be active.
  • Being considered active is defined as either an hour each day, 3-4 hours every other day, and/or actively involved in RP both in game and on the forums.
  • Each clan can choose their own leader. However, the Admin reserve the right to intervene if the leadership of a particular official clan is determined to be either inactive (as previously defined) or otherwise harmful to the roleplay and the TFL community to be determined on a case by case basis.
  • Regarding changes of leadership: In such a case that a leader is deemed inactive and a new one is not found the clan will be disbanded and the slot opened to the appropriate clan on the waiting list.

    • Note that each situation will be taken on a case-by-case basis, and we will take all factors into consideration, including school, technical, or other real life issues which may arise.

    Multiple Clan rule

    Do you belong to 2 clans? this does break the rules so please limit yourself to one clan at a time

    You may have the following;

  • 1 Clan membership.
  • Multiple characters for one clan is acceptable. For instance, i have [SDI]Sir_Avery and [SDI]Sir_Avery{S}.

  • You may also have [RP] or [Faction] characters tagged for any faction IE
  • [Merc]Raven
  • [Trader]Raven
  • [GLF]Raven (Player Clan character)
  • [Pirate]Raven
  • [BH]Raven


    • This gives players the ability to try out any occupation they wish, and it also allows players to trade, to make credits when their funds are low. But as stated above, only One clan tagged character at any one time. Only Player clan tagged characters will be able to receive admin payouts for trading.
